Privacy Policy

Effective October 6, 2026

The short version. There are no accounts. The odds you type into our calculators and the bets you track stay in your own browser and are never sent to us. We count visits with cookie-free analytics. If you send us a message, we receive what you wrote so we can reply. We do not sell your information.

This policy explains what Devig Sports ("we", "us") collects when you use devigsports.com and advertise.devigsports.com (together, the "site"). Devig Sports is a subsidiary of LoopView Media. You can reach us at contact@devigsports.com.

What stays on your device

Calculators. Devig Spread Calculator, Devig Props (including Slip Lab) and Devig Terminal do their maths in your browser. The prices and numbers you type are not sent to us.
My Bets. Your bets, bankroll entries, deposits and withdrawals, settings and closing odds are saved in your browser's own storage (IndexedDB). They are not uploaded, we cannot see them, and we cannot recover them. They do not sync between devices or browsers. Clearing your browser data, using a private window, or switching devices can erase them. Use Backup in My Bets to save a copy as a file.
Line Compare. Your draft (the event, prices and notes you type) is kept in your browser's local storage so it survives a page reload. Use Clear everything to remove it.

Nothing in this section is sent to us. It is stored by your browser and is yours to delete.

What we receive

Messages and inquiries. If you use the contact, partnership or advertising forms, we receive what you type, such as your name, email address, company, website and message. We use it to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. The message is delivered to our inbox by an email delivery provider (Resend). We do not use it for anything unrelated and we do not sell it.
Bot check. The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated programs. Turnstile receives information from your browser to do this, under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and page views. It reports things like which pages were viewed, the site that referred you, your country, and your browser and device type. Cloudflare describes it as privacy-first: it does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites.
Hosting and security logs. Our site is hosted on Cloudflare. As with any website, requests include technical information such as your IP address and browser type, which Cloudflare uses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Cookies

We do not set cookies for visitors to the public site. Cloudflare's security and bot-protection services may use their own technical cookies or storage when they need to. The only cookie we set is a sign-in cookie for our own administrators in a separate admin area that visitors do not use.

Advertising

The site is free and supported by advertising. Banners are placed by advertisers we have agreed to run. A banner may be an image we host, an image loaded from the advertiser's own web address, or code the advertiser supplies, which runs in a sandboxed frame that cannot read the rest of the page. When an advertiser's image or code loads, the advertiser's servers can see your IP address and browser details, and they may set their own cookies, under their own privacy policies. Ads are labeled "Advertisement".

We do not currently count ad views or clicks. If we add that, we will update this page.

Other services

Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads. Links to other websites, including sportsbooks and advertisers, are governed by those sites' policies, not ours.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers that run the site for us (Cloudflare for hosting, analytics and bot checks, and Resend for delivering form messages), and when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a reasonable record of the conversation, then delete them when they are no longer needed. Analytics are kept by Cloudflare under its own retention rules.

Your choices

Delete your bets and drafts any time by clearing the site's data in your browser.
Ask us to delete or correct a message you sent by emailing contact@devigsports.com.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information, such as access or deletion. Email us and we will respond.

Age

The site is for adults of legal wagering age where they live. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
