Terms of Use

The short version. Devig Sports gives you free calculators and tracking tools for information only. Everything they show is an estimate, none of it is betting advice, and we do not take bets. Only wager where it is legal and if you are of legal age, and never bet more than you can afford to lose.

These terms apply to devigsports.com and advertise.devigsports.com (the "site"), operated by Devig Sports, a subsidiary of LoopView Media ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the site is

The site offers free tools: the Devig Spread Calculator, Devig Props (with Slip Lab), Devig Terminal, My Bets (a bet, bankroll and closing-line tracker) and Line Compare (a manual odds comparison table). We are not a sportsbook or gambling operator. We do not accept bets, hold money, or place wagers for you.

Information only, not advice

The site is for informational and educational purposes. Nothing on it is betting, financial, tax or legal advice.
Fair odds, no-vig probabilities, expected value (EV), closing line value and every other figure are model estimates based on numbers you enter and the methods described on each page. They are not predictions or guarantees. Individual bets can lose even when an estimate looks favourable.
You enter the prices, probabilities, payout multipliers and rules. We do not provide live odds, we do not know the current rules or payout tables of any sportsbook or platform, and the starting values in the tools are not any platform's current terms. Check them against your platform.
Names such as Power Play and Flex Play are used only to describe common payout styles. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any sportsbook, daily fantasy platform or other betting company.
We work to make the maths correct, but the site may contain errors or be unavailable at times. You are responsible for checking anything before you rely on it.

Your responsibilities

Only wager where it is legal for you and only if you meet the legal age requirement where you are. Rules differ by place, and following them is up to you.

Do not misuse the site: do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to it, do not use automated programs to submit forms, and do not copy or resell our content or code.

Your data in My Bets and Line Compare

Your bets, bankroll entries and drafts are stored only in your own browser. We cannot see, back up or restore them, and they can be lost if you clear your browser data or change devices. Use the Backup feature and keep your own copies. The bankroll is a tracking ledger built from what you enter. It is not connected to any bank, sportsbook or financial account. Advertising and links

The site is supported by advertising. Ads are placed by third-party advertisers, labeled "Advertisement", and we do not endorse the advertisers or their products. Links and ads may lead to other websites that we do not control and are not responsible for. Dealing with an advertiser is between you and them. Businesses that want to advertise should use the inquiry form on advertise.devigsports.com, and an advertising booking is confirmed separately in writing.

Ownership

The site, its design, text and code belong to us or our licensors. You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial use. All other names and trademarks belong to their owners.

No warranty

The site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that results from using or being unable to use the site, including betting losses, lost data, or decisions you make based on the tools. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms or change or remove parts of the site at any time. The current version is always on this page, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
